History
Regulatory Watch, Inc. ("RWI") was formed in February 1996 to monitor and perform research at the New York State regulatory
agencies on behalf of clients primarily in the utility and legal industries. RWI's founders have an intimate knowledge of
the rulemakings and proceedings in New York's regulatory arena directly affecting industry participants, including extensive
interaction with the New York State Public Service Commission ("PSC"). RWI's clients include utilities from the gas and
electric industry, competitive local exchange companies ("CLECs"), municipalities, research and consulting companies, and
law firms.
Location
RWI's location provides access not only to the PSC and other regulatory agencies, but also the New York State Legislature,
New York State Archives, and various state courts.
