James E. Finke, Regulatory Watch, Inc.'s ("RWI") vice-president and co-founder, has over eight years experience monitoring New York's regulatory agencies as well as the New York State Legislature. Prior to founding RWI, Mr. Finke worked as a legal assistant for LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P. in Albany, New York. His experience includes coverage of New York Public Service Commission ("PSC") hearings and public sessions, analyses of various tariff and rate filings with the PSC. Mr. Finke's work with the PSC includes coverage of administrative hearings and public sessions, and analysis of tariff and rate filings. Mr. Finke is the editor of the RWI Weekly Update, a weekly newsletter put out by RWI summarizing actions taken by the PSC and Legislature as well as identifying filings made before the PSC. Mr. Finke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University in 1988.
